Adele to perform for first time since throat operation on The X Factor final

Adele is set to make an explosive comeback on The X Factor final after undergoing an operation to save her voice last month.

The 23-year-old singer was forced to pull out of a 10-date US tour after she was diagnosed with a throat haemorrhage in October, but now she's ready to get back on stage.
